Fertility Challenges

Facing fertility challenges is not something most people anticipate when they imagine building their family.

Navigating Fertility Challenges

Whatever stage you’re in—waiting, grieving, questioning, or moving

Whatever stage you’re in—waiting, grieving, questioning, or moving forward—your story matters, and your feelings are valid. You might be in the middle of the two-week wait, carrying the weight of a pregnancy loss, facing an infertility diagnosis, or navigating the complicated world of assisted reproductive technology. Wherever you find yourself, it’s normal to feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure of what comes next.

This process has a way of taking over everything—your body, your time, your relationships, even the way you see yourself. You may feel pressure to hold it together, to be patient, to stay hopeful, while inside it feels all-consuming. Some days you might wonder if you’ll ever feel like yourself again.

Support in this season isn’t about fixing or forcing positivity. It’s about having space to be honest with yourself, to name the emotions that rise and fall—anger, grief, envy, hope, fear, numbness—without judgment. It’s about slowing down enough to sort through the noise of appointments, schedules, advice, and decisions, and reconnecting with the parts of you that feel steady and grounded.

Individual Support Sessions

One-on-one support gives you space to process at your own pace, focus on what matters most to you, and build tools that help you feel grounded through the uncertainty. Whether you’re navigating loss, decision-making, or the exhaustion of treatment cycles, these sessions are a space to take care of you.

This isn’t about staying endlessly positive. It’s about being real, being supported, and giving yourself permission to feel all of it.

Lovers Hug
Support for Couples

Fertility challenges affect both partners, and they inevitably place strain on a relationship. The stress of treatments, the weight of decisions, and the emotions that come with uncertainty can make communication harder and connection feel out of reach.

Support for couples isn’t about weakness. It’s about making intentional space to have the conversations that often get avoided, to step out of cycles of shame or blame, and to find each other again in the midst of it all. It’s about protecting your connection, strengthening your partnership, and remembering you don’t have to navigate this separately.

Rooted
A Support Group for Fertility Challenges

Fertility challenges can feel isolating, but you don’t have to go through them alone. Rooted is a six-week support group for women navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, or assisted reproductive technology. Facilitated by Dr. Victoria Schroder, the group offers a safe and steady space to feel grounded, reconnect with yourself, and receive support from others who understand the weight of this journey.

The group begins October 21st and meets weekly for six sessions. Each week offers a place to show up as you are, to speak honestly about what this process is really like, and to practice grounding and coping strategies that can help you feel supported and more connected to yourself and others.
