Motherhood is one of life’s most profound transitions, yet it can often feel isolating and overwhelming. At Valley Therapy, we recognize that while every mom’s journey is unique, the need for connection and support is universal.

Whether you're navigating the postpartum period, adjusting to life with multiple kids, or simply looking for a supportive community, this group offers a place for growth, healing, and validation.

Expert-Led Discussions: Led by Dr. Victoria Schroder, PsyD, a licensed clinical therapist and mom of two toddlers with specialized training in perinatal mental health. This group is designed to address the unique challenges moms face, from postpartum anxiety and mood changes to managing the mental load of motherhood.

Emotional Support: Connect with other moms who understand the highs and lows of this journey. Share your story, offer and receive encouragement, and build meaningful connections.

This group is for moms in the early years of motherhood—whether newly postpartum or with children up to age 4. First-time moms and experienced moms are all welcome.

Group Details

When: Weekly sessions held online every Tuesday from 6-7PM

Where: Virtual, via a secure online platform.

Duration: Each session is 60 minutes. The group will run for 12 weeks.
